This Business Policy defines the operating guidelines, listing approvals, sponsored placements, advertising criteria, refund structures, and vendor/partnership rules on PickedMyAI (the "Platform").

1. Company Overview

PickedMyAI is an independent, curated directory and comparison index for artificial intelligence tools. Our primary business is to organize the AI software space, providing developers, creators, and scaling businesses with a search and filter directory to identify matching utilities. We generate revenue through verified submissions, sponsored reviews, featured banner placements, and newsletter slots.

2. Listing & Verification Process

• Curated Additions: Our editorial team research, index, and list outstanding AI applications in the directory at no cost. These listings are created to serve our user base.
• Submitted Additions: Tool creators can request listing submissions. Free submissions are manually reviewed and listed at our discretion. Paid "Verified Submission" requests guarantee review within 48 hours.
• Curation Integrity: Paying a listing fee does not buy an artificially high editorial rating or editorial endorsement. All tools are reviewed and rated using standardized criteria: utility, pricing, accessibility, and documentation.
• Removal & Updates: We reserve the right to remove listed tools that become inactive, promote malware, breach intellectual property rights, or engage in deceptive business practices.

3. Sponsorship & Advertising Terms

• Packages: We offer sponsored reviews, homepage trending features, and newsletter sponsorship slots in our weekly digest.
• Ad Quality: Advertisers must provide accurate descriptions of their tools. We do not accept advertising for tools that make false claims or violate user privacy laws.
• Sponsored Labeling: In accordance with regulatory guidelines (e.g. FTC rules), all paid, sponsored, or featured placements will be clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Ad."

4. Payment & Refund Terms

• Upfront Payment: All advertising, verification, and sponsorship campaigns must be paid in full prior to publication.
• Non-Refundable Placements: Due to immediate search index updates, custom writing, and traffic exposure, payments for published Sponsored Reviews and Homepage Featured slots are non-refundable once live.
• Newsletter Cancellations: Newsletter sponsor slots can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled release. Cancellations made within 72 hours of publication will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Partner & Vendor Conduct

We expect our advertising partners and listed vendors to:

• Maintain active customer support for their respective users.
• Deliver software matching the specifications listed in the directory.
• Avoid black-hat SEO schemes, spamming, or fraudulent ratings manipulation on our Platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any business-related disputes between PickedMyAI and listing owners or advertisers shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, and resolved in state or federal courts in San Francisco.
